Where did the name Lazy Dolphins come from?
Lazy Dolphin was something that my wife and I created out of the blue. The two dolphins in our logo also represents the two of us. We both loved dolphins because they fascinating animals. They are extremely intelligent, friendly, happy, and playful. As we providing home wear products, we added the word "lazy" to it. Whats a better place to be lazy than at home? We want you to be a Lazy Dolphin - intelligent & playful ... but lazy.

We are located in Toronto, Canada.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to United States and Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $70. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price. For more information on shipping, check out here.
How do I best wash and care for my products?
Machine washing in cold water and hanging to dry is our preferred way of taking care of your garment – by doing this, you’ll best preserve the lifespan of the garment, and you’ll be leaving less of an impact on the planet. If you can’t get around throwing your clothes in the dryer, just keep in mind that all-natural fibres, without chemical treatment, are prone to shrinkage — ours will shrink between 3-5%.

How can I track my order?
We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a package tracking link. For more information, click here.
What Size Am I?
A Size and Fit chart can be found in the tabs for each product page. Please review the chart before purchasing a size as the fitting for each style and color might differ.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
Yes, you can change the shipping address before shipment. Please Contact Us. We will correct your shipping address and send you a confirmation email as soon as possible.
What if I need to change the size/color?
In the event that you would like to make changes to your order, please Contact Us within 24 hours upon placing your order. We will make changes and send you a confirmation email as soon as possible.
If your package has shipped, we would not be able to make changes to your order. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive. You may either keep it or return it for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package may be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
I placed my order but did not get a confirmation.
If you placed your order but did not receive an email confirmation that the order was placed, don't worry! Here are some things you can do:
- Give it at least 1 hour before checking your email as there might be a delay in the processing of your order.
- Check your spam folder. Our email confirmations can sometimes end up in there.
- Check your bank account to make sure that there is a transaction from Lazy Dolphins.
If you still can't find any confirmation that your order was placed, definitely Contact Us with your full name, email, phone number, and the address you gave at checkout so we can try to locate it.
